Kelly is hiring Job coaches for the summer!
Job Coaches will assist students ages 14-21 during their participation in a Summer Program, where each student interns at a place of business that provides them with a real-life work experience. All students are blind or visually impaired and some have a secondary physical and/or cognitive disability.
Job Coaches may be assigned to work one-on-one with students, or can work with up to 4, based on the individual needs of those students.
Coaches are responsible for supervising students with their assigned work duties, ensuring that students perform given duties to the best of that student's ability, and assist students in requesting appropriate accommodations that may be needed to complete tasks. Job Coaches will also be responsible for turning in weekly evaluations
Job Coaches should expect to work anywhere from 20-35 hours per week, depending on placement.
Job Coaches may be placed at a single worksite, or several worksites throughout the duration of the program.
These worksites can be in any of the following counties: Duval, Clay, St. Johns, Baker and Nassau. Job Coaches should have reliable transportation and expect that they may be traveling long distances each day.
Job Coaches will be needed Monday – Thursday
Orientation is June 24th and 25th
Working days- July 7th-10th
July 14th-July 17th
July 21st-July 24th
July 28th- July 31st
