**Salary/Pay Rate/Compensation: **
Hours: 1st Shift/ 8 Hours shifts between 7am-9am
Payrate: $ 17-25 (Experienced Based)

**What can you expect in a typical day as an Administrative Assistant I-IV?**

You will be:
• Organizing meetings, coordinating travel arrangements, and managing appointment calendars for department managers or supervisors.
 • Tackling inquiries from both internal and external customers, resolving issues, and escalating complex matters when appropriate.
• Collecting, maintaining, and summarizing sensitive data to support reports and projects, ensuring timely delivery of important information to various stakeholders.
**This opportunity may be a great fit for you if you: **
• Are proficient in Microsoft Office, with exceptional communication and relationship-building skills.
• Possess keen attention to detail along with proven planning, organizing, and scheduling abilities, while maintaining confidentiality.
• Bring 3 to 5 years of relevant professional experience; postsecondary education is preferred but not essential.
