Salary/Pay Rate/Compensation: $22.00 per hour starting, DOE
Schedule: Monday – Friday- 1st shift
Location: Weston, Florida - Onsite

What's a typical day as a Packer? You'll be:
 
  • Administers and operates the organization's warehouses, including processing, packaging and Shipping of supplies, materials, and equipment.
  • · Prepares and coordinates schedules for shipping materials to control the flow of goods and regulate warehouse space.
  • · Ensures the effectiveness of operating procedures, space utilization, and maintenance and protection of facilities and equipment.
  • Coordinates movement of product from Stryker warehouse with all 3PL companies.
  • · The role has clearly defined procedures and tasks as well as defined guidelines to aid in decision making.
  • Ad Hoc system investigation and reporting necessary.
  • Manages all aspects of shipping documentation: creation of shipment authorization paperwork,
  • verification of packing slips, coordination of 3PL partners on the creation of freight and customs documentation.

  • Take direction from Manufacturing Production Leads, Supervisor or Manager as required.

· Manages additional projects and responsibilities as required.

· Maintain quality, ensure audit compliance and record keeping in the area.

· Ensure the quality standards for the company are meet or exceeded.

· Collaborate and communicate work effectively with the team and other departments to ensure a seamless operation.

To support growth of business. In addition, this individual will be responsible for logistics functions while team member is testing SAP platform.
