Location: King of Prussia (Philly area)

Salary: $60K plus uncapped bonus potential

The Role
Kelly Services is hiring a couple of Internal Recruiters to take ownership of high-impact client accounts. This is a fully in-office role for an experienced recruiter who knows how to run pipelines, anticipate issues, and keep starts moving without needing escalation.
You'll act as a trusted partner to account teams, owning recruiting strategy, execution, and results.
What You'll Own

• Full accountability for end-to-end recruiting on assigned accounts
• Candidate pipelines, interview quality, and start readiness
• Proactive management of compliance, onboarding, and timing
• Daily prioritization of requisitions to prevent fall-offs and missed starts
• Clear communication with Account Managers and leadership
• Problem-solving when hiring plans shift or volume spikes

What You Bring

• 5+ years of staffing or high-volume recruiting experience
• Proven ability to run multiple requisitions independently
• Strong judgment, urgency, and follow-through
• Comfort making decisions and moving quickly in a metrics-driven environment
• ATS experience required (Bullhorn preferred)
