Schedule: 8am-5pm Monday – Friday- 1st shift
Location: Weston, Florida - Onsite

What's a typical day as a Logistics Analyst? You'll be:
 
  • The Logistics Analyst is responsible for managing the receipt, inspection, and processing of returned medical devices. This includes resolving discrepancies, coordinating decontamination procedures when necessary, and ensuring timely delivery of processed items to appropriate internal customers.
  • The role also supports service operations by maintaining accurate records and facilitating communication between departments.
  • · Receive and inspect returned medical devices for accuracy and condition.
  •  Research and resolve discrepancies in return documentation and inventory records.
  • Coordinate decontamination of returned products in accordance with safety protocols.
  • · Deliver processed items to appropriate internal departments or customers.
  •  Prepare and manage documentation related to RMAs, service tickets, and exchanges.
  • · Update databases with return status, inventory adjustments, and service activity.
    · Record and report on equipment returns, repairs, replacements, and delivery schedules.
    · Maintain organized records of returns, product changes, pricing updates, and credit resolutions.
    · Support logistical operations including inventory management, warehousing, and transportation.
    · Collaborate with sales, service, and customer support teams to ensure efficient service delivery.
     
This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
· Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in logistics, supply chain, or related field.
· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
· Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
· Familiarity with medical device handling and decontamination procedures preferred.
· Proficiency in inventory systems and return processing workflows.
· Excellent communication and organizational skills.
· Basic understanding of operational data analysis and process improvement.
· Must be able to handle multiple concurrent tasks and changing priorities.

· Manages additional projects and responsibilities as required.

· Maintain quality, ensure audit compliance and record keeping in the area.

· Ensure the quality standards for the company are meet or exceeded.

· Collaborate and communicate work effectively with the team and other departments to ensure a seamless operation.
