Job Title: Cotton Seed QA Lab Technician (Erskine Lab)

Job Summary:
Join a leading global chemical company as a Cotton Seed QA Lab Technician in our Erskine Lab! This full-time position offers an exciting opportunity to work with cutting-edge equipment and technology while ensuring the highest quality standards for fuzzy, processed, and carryover cottonseed. If you have a background in biology, lab experience, or agriculture, we want to hear from you!

Job Specifications:
- Job Type: Full-Time
- Company: Leading Global Chemical Company
- Location: Erskine Lab
- Pay Rate: $19.00 per hour
- Shift: Day Shift and PM - 5 Days, 8 Hours (6:00 AM – 2:30 PM)


Roles and Responsibilities:
- Assist the Quality Assurance Lab Manager and Lab Supervisor in testing cottonseed for quality standards.
- Conduct sampling and testing of processed cottonseed during summer months and truckloads of fuzzy cottonseed in a lab setting.
- Operate and monitor fuzzy seed equipment including delinter, dryer, separator, and bagger.
- Ensure the quality and quantity of cottonseed meet specifications and standards.
- Follow safety, environmental, and quality procedures and regulations.
- Record and report production data and any deviations.
- Collaborate with other operators, technicians, and supervisors to maintain workflow efficiency.

Qualifications & Skills:
- Required:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- At least 6 months of solid work history.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Capability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods.
- Strong team player with effective communication skills.
- Preferred:
- Experience working in agriculture.
