Learning Experience Designer
Work Arrangement: Hybrid (3–4 days in the office, 1–2 days remote)
Employment Type: Temporary—6 months, with possibility of extension or permanent hire

Are you passionate about building engaging, creative training that inspires people to learn and grow? Our organization is seeking a Learning Experience Designer to help transform traditional classroom programs into dynamic, blended learning experiences for our team. If you're a detail-oriented, innovative thinker who loves to keep learning fresh and fun, we want to meet you!

What You'll Do

  • Redesign instructor-led training into blended learning solutions that blend digital and in-person experiences
  • Create high-quality instructional materials, such as e-learning courses, micro-videos, job aids, and scripts
  • Ensure learners successfully acquire new skills and knowledge with clear, measurable results
  • Stay current on the latest trends and best practices in Learning & Development, and use new technologies to enhance learning
  • Collaborate with team members and subject matter experts to ensure content is accurate, effective, and relevant

About the Team
Join a small, agile Learning & Development team committed to delivering high-quality results quickly. We're focused on developing onboarding programs, technology/platform training, and supporting the personal and professional growth of our employees.

What You Bring
  • Certificate in Adult Learning or Instructional Design OR 5+ years of experience creating technology-based learning resources
  • Ability to quickly learn new, complex concepts and turn them into easy-to-understand training materials
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently while meeting tight deadlines
  • Expertise with Articulate 360 (Storyline and Rise)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams)
  • Experience making training videos, especially with Adobe Premiere Pro
  • Strong visual design skills—your work is fun and visually appealing!

Nice to Have
  • Bilingual (English & French)
  • Experience in financial services or wealth management
  • Experience developing onboarding programs for new employees
  • Experience uploading content to a Learning Management System (LMS)
