(RCP, LPN, or RN) to join our Kansas City team. In this role, you'll be responsible for verifying prescriptions and equipment settings to ensure safe and compliant therapy preparation. You'll interpret clinical documentation, identify contraindications, and uphold Owens & Minor's high standards for patient safety and service quality.

Hours: 8am-5pm
Location: in office-Kansas City, MO What's a typical day as an Licensed Healthcare Clinician You'll be:

  • Provide and operate PAP and BiPAP-S equipment.
  • Inspect and test medical equipment to ensure safety and functionality.
  • Review and maintain detailed records including prescriptions, sleep study data, and equipment checks.
  • Enter accurate data into vendor compliance systems.
  • Communicate with referring physicians regarding treatment plans and prescriptions.
  • Ensure adherence to HIPAA and company clinical policies.
This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
  • Graduate of an accredited Respiratory Therapy, LPN, or RN program.
  • Active license in the state of Missouri:
  • RCP (Registered or Certified by the NBRC)
  • LPN or RN
  • Background check clearance required. Preferred Qualifications
    • At least 1 year of related experience (preferred, not required).

    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
    • Ability to multi-task and work independently
    • Team player with a focus on patient care
    • Comfortable using:
    • Microsoft Office Suite
    • Electronic medical devices and software
    • Printers, scanners, and fax machines
    Physical Requirements
    • Use of hands and arms to operate tools or equipment
    • Ability to lift up to 40 lbs
    • Occasional stooping, kneeling, or crouching
    • Use of computers and phones throughout the day
    • Visual focus (close and distant vision)
    Work Environment
    • Onsite in a climate-controlled facility
    • Variable noise levels depending on location
    • Potential exposure to dust, fumes, or odors
    • Use of personal protective equipment as required
    • Use of hand tools, material handling devices, and cleanup equipment
