Pay rate: of $23.72/hour
Shift Schedule: Mon-Fri, 3rd Shift- 12AM - 8AM
Contract: 5 month
What's a typical day as a Logistics Clerk IV. You'll be:
- Review and analyze stock inaccuracies to ensure proper alignment between SAP and warehouse management systems.
- Monitor inbound, outbound, co-packing, warehousing, and distribution activities to ensure product freshness and compliance.
- Communicate with carriers, brokers, and internal departments regarding shipment schedules and delivery accuracy
- Schedule and follow up on carrier appointments to maintain timely shipments.
- Maintain accurate documentation of all inbound/outbound shipments and yard inventory.
- Receive and process packaging shipments, verifying system entries and resolving discrepancies.
- Support warehouse operators and ensure trucks are loaded and departing on time.
- Handle donation, take-home, and animal feed shipments according to site protocols.
- Assist in maintaining inventory records and disposing of expired packaging properly.
- Operate a telehandler for loading and unloading as needed.
- Perform clerical duties to support the shipping office and logistics management team.
- Contribute to continuous improvement and cost analysis projects related to logistics performance.
This job might be an outstanding fit if you have:
- Experience in logistics, warehouse operations, procurement, or supply chain management.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with SAP R3 or ERP systems.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities under tight timelines.
Nice-to-Have
- Prior experience in a food manufacturing or consumer goods environment.
- Knowledge of HACCP guidelines and warehouse safety standards.
- Analytical mindset with experience in KPI tracking or process improvement.
- Experience coordinating with third-party logistics (3PL) providers.

Physical Requirements: Ability to operate warehouse equipment and perform clerical tasks
Work Conditions: Indoor warehouse/office environment with possible exposure to production areas
