Logistics Coordinator – Palm Beach Gardens, FL

Kelly Services, a managed solution provider , is currently seeking a Logistics Coordinator for a long-term engagement at one of our Global clients in Palm Beach Gardens, FL.  This role is a full-time, fully benefitted position.

Title: Logistics Coordinator
Location: Palm Beach Gardens (33410)
Pay: open, plus PTO and benefits
Hours: M-F 8am-5pm
Duration: long term contract

Job Summary: Coordinate the processing of CAPEQ equipment and provide logistical support for the service center.

Duties & Responsibilities: Under general direction and in accordance with all applicable federal, state and local laws/regulations and Corporate Company, procedures and guidelines, this position:

  • Monitor and process CAPEQ equipment by creating work orders within the Maximo and S R systems to capture service activities and maintain compliance for the testing equipment used during service and manufacturing.
  • Diagnose, correct, and verify finished electromechanical finished products of low to moderate complexity as prescribed by drawings and/or procedures
  • Process service activities within the S R platform software for service and complaints to collect results and activities performed.
  • Support the service team with prepping the service items for documentation needed to capture the service activities applied to them.
  • Support all logistical activities in supporting the service site for processing service items.
  • Creating custom documentation for site transfer when sending to second site.
  • Perform serial number changes within the ERP and S R systems when applied.
  • Prepare documentation for the processing of the non-intake service activities with the service site including the creation of work order as needed.
  • Shipping of customer serviced items Verification of receipt logs
  • Comply with company policies and procedures including those relating to safety and quality.
  • Maintain a clean, safe and orderly work area. Know and follow all laws and policies that apply to one's job, and maintain the highest levels of professionalism, ethics and compliance at all times.
  • Diligently participate in our compliance program-related activities as denoted by your supervisor or our Chief Compliance Officer.

  • For those who supervise or manage a staff, responsible for ensuring that subordinates follow all Company guidelines related to Health, Safety and Environmental practices and that all resources needed to do so are available and in good condition, if applicable
  • Responsible for ensuring personal and Company compliance with all Federal, State, local and Company regulations, policies, and procedures
  • Performs other duties assigned as needed

Experience and Education:
  • High school diploma or GED.
  • Generally, requires 2-4 years related experience

Required Knowledge, Skills, Abilities, Certifications/Licenses and Affiliations:
  • Computer literate; working in MS Windows environment.
  • Ability to read and comprehend drawings and procedures.
  • Basic math skills including adding, subtracting, multiplying, dividing, and computing rate, ratio, and percent.
