Competitive Pay: Earn $21-$23 per hour, depending on the position.

General Summary:
The Machine Operator is responsible for operating machinery to produce parts, tools, and equipment using sketches, prints, or instruction manuals. This role requires adherence to all quality and safety guidelines.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Assist with setup and operation of machinery to produce parts, tools, and equipment.
- Modify parts based on quality inspection results to ensure conformance to requirements.
- Clean machines as necessary and assist with basic maintenance.
- Address basic manufacturing issues as directed.
- Request supplies for assigned equipment and maintain calibration records.
- Notify supervisor when machinery needs maintenance or repairs.
- Review and implement all quality and safety requirements.
Work Experience:
- Requires 1-2 years of work experience.
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Ability to read and understand sketches, prints, and instruction manuals.
- Strong attention to detail for maintaining quality standards.
- Good verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
