Now Hiring: Production Worker / Machine Operator
Location: Enfield, CT
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
Pay Rate: $19.00 per hour

Job Overview:

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Production Associate / Machine Operator to join our team in Enfield, CT. This is a temp to hire position in a clean, organized production environment. Responsibilities include applying labels to envelopes and operating basic labeling equipment. Prior machine operator experience is required—along with a strong work ethic and a willingness to learn.

Key Responsibilities:

• Apply labels to envelopes accurately and efficiently

• Operate and monitor basic labeling machinery (training provided)

• Perform machine setup, loading/unloading materials, and basic troubleshooting

• Follow production instructions and safety procedures

• Maintain quality standards and meet daily production goals

• Keep work area and machines clean and organized

• Work cooperatively with team members and supervisors

Requirements:

• Dependable with strong attendance and punctuality

• Ability to stand for long periods and perform repetitive tasks

• Willingness to learn and operate production machinery

• Attention to detail and commitment to quality

• Prior Machine Operator experience required

• Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
