Salary/Pay Rate/Compensation: $22.50 per hour
Stable 2nd shift schedule: Monday–Thursday, 4pm–2:15am

What's a typical day as Machine Operator? You'll be:
• Operating automated foam systems on the manufacturing line
• Completing daily production and scrap reports accurately
• Calibrating chemicals and conducting routine equipment maintenance
• Coordinating with team members after the foaming process
• Communicating with line leaders regarding schedules, quality, and barriers
• Reading and interpreting work instructions, blueprints, and schedules
• Operating forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment
• Adhering to safety protocols, PPE standards, OSHA, and ISO requirements
• Maintaining a clean and organized work environment, following 5S standards
• Meeting daily production targets and quality standards
• Troubleshooting machines to resolve operational issues
• Adapting to changes and working overtime as needed
This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
• Have a high school diploma or GED (preferred)
• Bring at least 2 years of machine operation experience in manufacturing
• Possess strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Demonstrate effective English communication and basic math abilities
• Can read a tape measure and compare specifications accurately
• Thrive as a team player with flexibility and coordination
• Are able to lift up to 50 lbs and meet the physical requirements of the role
• Are comfortable working around moving parts, oil, grease, and airborne particulates
• Are self-motivated and adaptable to change
