Machine Operator – Food Production
Location: Denton, TX
Pay: $17.00/hour
Schedule: Train Monday–Friday; then transition to a 2-2-3 rotating schedule with alternating weekends
Employment Type: Temp-to-Hire

Our client in the food production industry is seeking motivated Machine Operators to join their team at a cold-processing facility in Denton. This is a hands-on role operating industrial equipment in a fast-paced, cold environment—ideal for someone mechanically inclined and eager to grow in manufacturing.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Operate, monitor, and adjust production machinery on the processing floor

• Handle and process raw materials (including meat) to meet production specifications

• Troubleshoot equipment issues and escalate mechanical concerns

• Follow strict safety, quality, and sanitation protocols

• Work in a cold room environment (24–28°F), with occasional time in a -10°F blast freezer

• Keep equipment and work areas clean and organized
