A The machine operator is responsible for operating and maintaining fabrication equipment to produce high-quality aluminum parts. This role ensures production goals are met safely, efficiently, and in alignment with quality standards.

Full-Time | Direct Hire
Pay Rate: $23 or above based on experience, Shift differentials (10% for 2nd shift, 15% for 3rd Shift)
1st Shift: 7am-3pm (Monday-Friday 2nd Shift: 3pm-11pm (Monday-Friday) or 3pm-1am (Monday-Thursday)
3rd Shift: 11pm-7am (Monday-Friday)
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate fabrication machinery, including saws, presses, benders, and CNC equipment.
- Load and unload materials and parts onto machines.
- Monitor machine operation and promptly report any issues to the supervisor.
- Read and interpret blueprints, work orders, and production schedules.
- Measure and inspect finished parts to ensure they meet specifications.
- Document production data and report discrepancies to the supervisor.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Follow all safety protocols and use required personal protective equipment (PPE).
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous experience in manufacturing or fabrication preferred.
- Ability to read technical drawings and use measuring tools such as calipers and micrometers.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail.
- Basic computer skills for data entry and machine interface.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.

- Fast-paced manufacturing floor.
- Exposure to noise, machinery, and aluminum materials.
- Required use of safety equipment and strict adherence to safety procedures.
