Job Summary:
We're looking for a motivated and reliable Maintenance Apprentice to join our team. This entry-level position is ideal for someone eager to learn the fundamentals of facility and equipment maintenance in a hands-on environment. Under the guidance of experienced technicians, you'll assist with inspections, repairs, and preventive maintenance tasks across various systems.
Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in troubleshooting and repairing mechanical, electrical, and plumbing issues
• Perform basic preventive maintenance on equipment and building systems
• Help maintain tools, parts inventory, and work areas in clean, orderly condition
• Learn and follow all safety procedures and company policies
• Support senior maintenance staff with daily operations and special projects

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Basic mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn
• Strong work ethic and attention to detail
• Ability to follow instructions and work both independently and in a team
• Comfortable using basic hand and power tools
