Details

• Shift: Monday-Friday 8am to 4:30pm
•  $28/hr
• 3-4 month assignment

Responsibilities:

• Maintain CMMS, ensuring on time performance of work orders and data entry. Coordinate workflow process for critical system work orders.
• Tracking, monitoring, and reporting of Work Order Metrics and performance.
• Compile monthly indicators for all departments.
• Maintain organization of Maintenance files.
• Retrieve and provide copies of data as requested to support audits.
• Provide CMMS training for new employees.
• Facilitate the weekly work order review board meeting.
• Issue Purchase Requestions for service repairs as needed.
• Process change forms for new assets, job plans and PMs.
• Contact vendors for quotes.
• Maintain GMP and SOP training compliance.
• All other duties as assigned.
