Shift & Pay rates:
1st Shift: Monday-Friday/7:00am – 4:00pm/ $18.00-$23.00 Hr. (depending on experience)
(possible overtime voluntary)

Job Duties:

• Assist with routine maintenance tasks such as changing lightbulbs, unclogging drains, and fixing electrical switches.
• Perform basic grounds keeping duties including lawn care and landscaping.
• Assist Maintenance Technicians with various projects as needed.
• Inclement weather response (clearing and salting walkways)
• Roof Maintenance (clearing drains and roof lining integrity)
• Fixture/motor replacement only (plug and play devices 120 AC/DC)
• Tool Calibration
• Plumbing skills (rest room fixtures, PVC, Copper, and modular plumbing)
• Basic sheet metal skills (bending, breaking and fabrication to print)
• Preventative and Predictive maintenance skills
• Spill response (HAZMAT)
• Welding (MIG, TIG and STICK)
   

This job might be an outstanding fit if you:

• High School Diploma or equivalent 
• 2+ years of manufacturing maintenance experience
• Forklift experience is a plus
• Have Experience with hand and power tools
• Indoor/outdoor work, lift up to 50 lbs., stand/walk/bend/squat/climb throughout shift
• Have basic computer skills
