Salary/Pay Rate/Compensation: $39.50
This position will work off-shift, either 2nd (2:30 pm to 11 pm) or 3rd shift (10:30 pm to 7 am). Overtime is likely either on weekends or extended weekday hours.

What's a typical day as a Maintenance Supervisor? You'll be:
• Providing supervision and scheduling work for skilled trades employees maintaining foundry equipment
• Ensuring compliance with safety, environmental, and ergonomic standards and regulations
• Coordinating environmental, safety, and preventive maintenance work
• Collaborating with maintenance engineering on equipment repairs and improvements
• Training and providing work instructions to assigned personnel
• Leading safety initiatives and promoting employee engagement

This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
• Have experience using SAP plant maintenance for scheduling work and purchasing repair components
• Have 5 or more years of experience maintaining industrial equipment
• Are skilled in troubleshooting complex hydraulic, pneumatic, or electrical systems
• Can effectively plan and prioritize work, adapting to changing conditions
• Have a good understanding of OSHA regulations
• Are proficient in using Microsoft Office
• Are an excellent communicator and problem solver who thrives in a team environment

What Makes You Stand Out:
• Experience troubleshooting machines using RS Logix
• Good understanding of 480V Power Distribution
• 5 or more years of experience working in foundry maintenance
• 5 or more years of experience in maintenance supervision
• Demonstrated team leadership skills
• Experience initiating and managing changes to drive improvements
• Familiarity with wage/union employee policies, practices, procedures, and work rules

Education:
Ideally, you will have a degree or equivalent related work experience in one of the following:
• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, or Manufacturing Engineering, or other equivalent technical discipline
• 5+ years in a maintenance role within a foundry environment
