Schedule: 1st Shift – Monday to Thursday, 6:00 AM – 4:20 PM
What's a typical day as a Maintenance Technician 1? You will:

Troubleshoot and repair production and facility equipment in a timely and cost-effective manner.

Perform preventative maintenance checks, inspections, and updates to maintenance tracking systems.

Identify and resolve electrical issues using knowledge of drives and PLCs.
-
Support machine productivity and quality after repairs, changeovers, and downtime.
-
Maintain and organize inventory of repair tools and supplies.
-
Respond quickly to safety issues or equipment concerns that may pose injury risks.
-
Perform facility upkeep, including utilities, ventilation, housekeeping, and plumbing.
-
Weld using MIG and/or arc welder for repair tasks.
-
Operate a forklift safely as required.

Complete assigned work orders and other duties as needed.
This job might be an outstanding fit if you have:
-
High school diploma or GED (preferred but not required).
-
1–3 years of industrial maintenance experience in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
-
Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills.
-
Working knowledge of PLCs and drives (preferred).
-
Welding experience (MIG and/or arc).
-
Forklift experience (certification or willingness to train).
-
Ability to read and interpret gauges, tools, and instruments for repair and quality assurance.

Strong problem-solving, time management, communication, and teamwork skills.
