Description
We are partnered with a global seafood company with a passion for customers, passion for seafood, and a passion to be the best in everything that they do! We are hiring for a Maintenance Technician (Day Shift) that will be responsible for inspecting, maintaining, troubleshooting and repairing food processing and packaging equipment used in industrial environment.

Responsibilities: 

• Operates at level of apprentice with sense of urgency to learn all plant processing/packaging equipment issues

• Performs preventive maintenance, troubleshoots, and repairs electrical, hydraulics and pneumatics on plant processing/packaging equipment

• Maintains proper documentation through the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS)

• Complies with company safety, quality, standard operating procedures (SOP) and HACCP guidelines

Qualifications:

• Minimum High School diploma

• 1 to 3 years industrial maintenance experience

• Demonstrates a high level of precision, accuracy and alertness

• Able to lift 50 lbs intermittently

• Good industrial electrical knowledge.

• Good knowledge of the proper use of the tools of the trade
