Join our Professional & Industrial team as a Maintenance Technician with a renowned manufacturing company dedicated to innovation and operational excellence in the industry.   • Pay Rate: $25.50 per hour
  • Location: Taunton, MA
  • Schedule: 2nd Shift – 3PM to 11:30PM, Monday to Friday
  • Employment Type: Temporary to Hire (3 months)
What's a typical day as a Maintenance Technician? You will:
  • Inspect, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair mechanical and electrical manufacturing equipment.
  • Perform preventative maintenance (PM/PdM) and routine inspections on machines, precision tooling, high temperature ovens, variable speed drives, PLCs, facility power, HVAC, and more.
  • Support emergency troubleshooting and repair alongside plant staff, contractors, and vendors.
  • Oversee contractor electrical upgrades and repairs including maintaining electrical code compliance.
  • Ensure facility safety, including exterior safety and operational conditions.
  • Maintain shop cleanliness consistent with company 5S standards.
  • Track, manage, and order inventory for replacement parts or components.
This job might be an outstanding fit if you have:
  • Previous experience with maintenance, repair, and troubleshooting of industrial manufacturing equipment.
  • Working knowledge of PLCs, electrical systems, high temperature ovens, and HVAC systems.
  • High school diploma or accredited GED required; technical certifications a plus.
  • Ability to follow and enforce all safety guidelines and procedures.
  • Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and a commitment to maintaining a safe and clean work environment.
