Kelly® is hiring a Maintenance Technician to join a leading wire production facility in Lancaster, PA.
This is a full-time opportunity in a hands-on, fast-paced manufacturing environment offering great pay, benefits, and long-term growth potential.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on production and facility equipment

  • Troubleshoot and repair electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems

  • Assist with equipment installations, upgrades, and continuous improvement projects

  • Maintain accurate maintenance logs and documentation

  • Collaborate with production and engineering teams to ensure minimal downtime

  • Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean work environment

Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma or GED required; technical or vocational training preferred

  • 2+ years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment

  • Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills

  • Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals

  • Experience with PLCs and industrial control systems a plus

  • Able to lift up to 75 lbs and work in various environments

  • Willingness to work 3rd shift and overtime as needed
