Kelly Services is seeking an experienced Maintenance Tech in Libertyville, IL. Will work 6pm - 6:15am.
Must be able to work every other weekend.

Qualified candidates must have:

• Mechanical and electrical skills
• Ability to read blueprints
• Familiar with automation and vision systems
• Troubleshooting experience
• Knowledge of injection molding machine functions and controls
• Minimum 3 years of industrial maintenance experience preferred, but open to less experience at the lower range of pay scale

Pay: $28/hr. - $35/hr., depending on experience
Shifts available:
6pm - 6:15am
Must be able to work every other weekend

Job duties

• Support and maintain all policies of the company including but not limited to ISO Standards, Health and Safety Requirements, Continuous Improvement as well as standard work procedures.
• Installs and performs preventative maintenance on injection molding machines and equipment (closing machines, feeder bowls, etc.) as required.
• Reconditions used equipment.
• Troubleshoots hydraulic, automation, vision, and electrical systems on injection molding machines to ensure continuous production under the direction of the Shift Supervisor.
• Authorized to take out of service any machine or equipment that is deemed to be unsafe or that would further deteriorate with continued use.
