Our client, a global leader in agribusiness, food processing, and ingredient manufacturing, is seeking multiple maintenance technicians to join their team. 

Responsible for routine and preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on manufacturing equipment. Work under the Maintenance Manager to ensure equipment safety and efficiency, maintaining a safe environment.

Sandston, VA
Full-Time | Direct Hire
Pay Rate: $28-35, based on experience and shift differential
Day Shift: 5:45 am-6:00 pm, 2-2-3 Schedule 
Night Shift: 5:45 pm-6:00 am, 2-2-3 Schedule

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform mechanical/electrical maintenance and repairs on plant equipment
• Troubleshoot equipment issues and support production personnel
• Monitor, adjust and optimize production lines
• Maintain records and inventory of parts and tools
• Support safety protocols and participate in required training

Qualifications:

• High School diploma preferred
• Mechanical/electrical troubleshooting skills
• Knowledge of pumps, motors, conveyors, and power sources
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to stand for a full shift and pass the functional test
