Job Title: Manufacturing Technician I
Location: New Brighton, MN
Shift: 1st Monday to Friday 
Pay Rate: $21.98/hr
Employment Type: Full-time

This role is responsible for meeting daily customer demand and production schedules. The Manufacturing Technician I ensures safety and quality standards are maintained at all times.

  • Assemble products using specialized equipment, fixtures, work instructions, and test equipment to correctly produce/assemble/test medical devices.
  • Observe, maintain, coordinate, and complete standard work.
  • Follow all documented company policies and procedures in accordance with the Quality System.
  • Complete documentation related to regulatory requirements.
Qualifications:
Minimum Education & Experience:
  • High school diploma or relevant work experience.
  • Ability to read and follow documents (safety rules, operating procedures, work instructions).
  • Effective communication skills (oral and written).
  • Ability to work collaboratively with others.
Preferred:
  • GMP knowledge
  • Medical device manufacturing experience
  • Microscope experience
  • Analytical problem-solving skills
Physical Requirements:
  • Ability to work in areas with adhesives, solvents, and chemical processes.
  • Frequently sit, stand, walk, reach, climb/balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, bend, and twist.
  • Regularly lift/move up to 10 pounds; occasionally up to 50 pounds.
  • Inspect small parts for extended periods.
  • Close and color vision required.
  • Conform to controlled environments for apparel and hygiene.
