Position: Manufacturing Operator
Location: Santa Clara, CA (Fully On-Site)
Schedule: Monday–Friday | 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
Pay Rate: $30.04
As a Manufacturing Operator, you will play a key role in assembling high-quality medical and diagnostic products in accordance with detailed work instructions and standard operating procedures (SOPs). This role requires precision, attention to detail, and a strong commitment to quality and regulatory compliance.
You will contribute to production efficiency, ensure product integrity through quality inspections, and support continuous improvement initiatives within a regulated manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities-
Product Assembly

Assemble components according to detailed work instructions and specifications.

Utilize appropriate tools, fixtures, and equipment to complete builds accurately and efficiently.

Ensure proper integration of components to meet product quality standards.

Production & Workflow Management
-
Follow standardized procedures to maintain consistent output and product quality.

Monitor workflow to meet daily and weekly production targets.

Identify bottlenecks or process inefficiencies and escalate as needed.

Quality Control & Compliance
-
Inspect raw materials, subassemblies, and finished products to ensure conformance to specifications.

Perform required quality checks and documentation in compliance with regulatory standards.

Report deviations, non-conformances, or equipment issues promptly.

Inventory & Equipment Handling

Support inventory control to maintain uninterrupted production flow.

Operate tools and machinery safely and in accordance with safety guidelines.

Maintain a clean and organized work environment.

5+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment (medical device or regulated industry preferred).

High School Diploma or GED required.
-
Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
-
Experience following SOPs and detailed work instructions.

Familiarity with manufacturing tools and systems (ERP/MRP experience a plus).

Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.

Reliable attendance and punctuality required.

Ability to lift up to 25 lbs.

Ability to stand for up to 8 hours per shift.
