• Schedule: 2nd Shift (2:30 PM – 10:30 PM, Monday–Friday; Saturday as required)
What's a typical day as a Manufacturing Operator I? You will:

Set up molds and prepare equipment for production runs.

Read and interpret job travelers, work instructions, and specifications accurately.

Select and load correct film for molds, replacing rolls when necessary.

Adjust foam injection levels based on product requirements to ensure proper fill.

Support change-over activities between molds and product types.

Inspect cushions for quality compliance, identifying and correcting defects.

Track and record production waste; report discrepancies or recurring issues.

Perform daily housekeeping, including removal of scrap and maintaining clean work areas.

Clean and maintain foam guns to prevent blockages and ensure smooth operation.

Monitor production performance, troubleshooting issues to minimize downtime.
