Pay Rate: $22 an hour
Third Shift Sunday-Thursday 10:30 PM to 6:30 AM

What's a typical day as a Manufacturing Associate? You'll be:
• Adhering to all safety policies and procedures while maintaining a hazard-free work area
• Verifying and feeding raw materials into the production process
• Ensuring products produced meet quality and food safety standards
• Checking yields and investigating discrepancies
• Maintaining accurate production records
• Monitoring machinery for malfunctions
• Notifying supervisor of unusual problems, delays, and/or safety issues
• Reporting food safety problems
• Cleaning workstation and equipment
• Operate a forklift and perform lock out and tag out procedures
• Following Standard Operating Procedures, General Manufacturing Principles safety rules, sanitation rules, good housekeeping procedures, and company rules of conduct
• Participating in all company training for food safety and plant safety

This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
• Have a high school diploma or GED
• Have at least 6 months experience in a manufacturing environment
• Are able to work well with others in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Are respectful, approachable, and team-oriented while building strong working relationships and a positive work environment
• Can read, write, perform basic mathematical calculations, and accurately record data
• Are able to frequently stand, walk, kneel, reach, climb, pull, and bend with full range of body motion
• Can lift 50 pounds repeatedly and climb ladders when needed
• Can work independently and/or on a team in a fast-paced environment
• Are willing to work in uncomfortable environments including hot, cold, wet, and/or humid conditions (occasional exposure to fumes or airborne particles; toxic or caustic chemicals may occur; possible exposure to nut allergens)
• Are willing to work weekends, holidays, and varying shifts, as required
