- Location: Hillsboro, Oregon
- Pay Rate: Competitive salary based on experience
- Shift: Day (7 am-7:30 pm) Thursday-Friday-Saturday Every Other Wednesday
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Operate and maintain manufacturing equipment by standard operating procedures (SOPs)
- Monitor production processes to ensure quality standards are met
- Conduct routine inspections of machinery and equipment to identify any issues or malfunctions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and resolve production-related problems
- Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment
- Document production activities, including any deviations from standard procedures
- Assist in the training of new team members and guide as needed
Qualifications & Skills:
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification or degree in a related field is a plus
- Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment is preferred
- Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to operate and troubleshoot machinery
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow precise instructions
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with manufacturing software
- Effective communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment
- Ability to lift heavy objects and stand for extended periods
