Kelly Outsourcing (OCG) is hiring a Manufacturing Technician for a direct hire position with a top semiconductor company in Hillsboro, Oregon. Manufacturing Technician
Hillsboro, Oregon
Shift: Sun, Mon, Tues, E/O Wed 7am – 7:30pm
Pay Starts: $19/hr + DOE
Benefits + Paid Time Off


The Mfg. Tech may perform a variety of tasks, which provide support for BDL BTAC lab processes. These tasks can vary day to day, depending on lab needs and current workload/assignments. The Mfg. Tech may work with products/systems such as desktop computers, circuit boards, circuit board components, etc. The Mfg. Tech will be required to operate pneumatic tools, Pressfit tool, Pry tool, vacuum chambers, ovens, CNC router mills, etc.

Responsibilities:

  • Receiving materials
  • Unpacking (de-trashing) materials
  • Packing (boxing/labeling) products
  • Kitting (receiving/labeling) FA builds
  • Sample Prep
    • Cutting coupons from PCB
    • Dyeing material
    • Pulling components from PCBs
  • Inventory management
  • Assembly/build in BDL backend
    • Performing quality audits as products moves through
  • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related tasks as needed

Requirements:
  • Able to work Sun, Mon, Tues, and every other (E/O) Wed from 7:00am – 7:30pm
  • Must be able to stand for up to 8 hours per shift
  • Maintain a high level of attention to detail
  • Safely lift, bend, pull and reach frequently
  • Wear PPE as required, depending on working area
  • Basic computer skills user
  • Speak, Read, Write English fluently
  • Read, understand and follow work instruction documents
  • Adjust to changing priorities
  • Ability to work with a high level of accuracy
  • Strong communication, analytical and problem solving skills
  • Positive attitude and flexibility to move between tasks or areas
  • High School or General Education Diploma GED Required

Preferred skills:
  • Prior experience supporting a manufacturing/production line preferred but not required
