Schedule: 2nd Shift, Monday - Friday 2:30pm to 11pm
Location: Indianapolis, IN
Job Type: Temp to Hire

What's a typical day as a Manufacturing Technician? You'll be:

• Inspecting parts per prints and charting dimensions per SPC requirements
• Performing routine audits using gauges and fixtures
• Entering quality data into pre-defined computer programs
• Conducting product tests such as leak, length, air gauge, straightness, etc.
• Identifying and reporting any quality issues in the cell

This job might be an outstanding fit if you:

• Have the ability to read prints and graphs
• Possess basic math and computer skills
• Can understand and adhere to policies and procedures
• Have excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Desire to work in a team-oriented environment
• Can identify production or quality issues
• Are capable of routinely working with small parts
• Are detail-oriented, quality conscious, and have an aptitude for maintaining records
• Are a good team player, open to change, and work well with others
• Have previous injection molding experience (a plus)
• Hold a High School Diploma or GED
• Have 0-2 years of work experience
