Location: Madison, WI (5225 Verona Road)
Schedule: Full Time, Monday–Friday (Day Shift: 7 AM to 3 PM)
Pay Rate: $21.00 – $22.00 per hour (OT after 40 hours)
Duration: 12 months (with potential extension)

How Will You Make an Impact? As a Manufacturing Technician I, you'll play a key role in building, testing, and calibrating complex scientific instruments. You'll be an important member of our production team, collaborating with others to solve problems and drive continuous improvement. Key Responsibilities

  • Build, test, and calibrate assembly parts for integration into final scientific instruments.
  • Follow detailed work instructions for mechanical, electrical, and optical assemblies.
  • Handle materials, verify inventory, and contribute to efficient material flow.
  • Collaborate and communicate effectively with team members to foster a positive workplace culture.
Qualifications Required:
  • High school diploma or equivalent
Preferred:
  • 1+ year of experience in a manufacturing or production environment
  • Familiarity with mechanical assembly, hand tools, and soldering
Physical Requirements:
  • Ability to occasionally lift up to 50 lbs, frequently lift up to 25 lbs, and consistently lift up to 10 lbs
