What's a typical day as a Marketing Analyst/Specialist? You'll be: Community Management
  • Creating content including blog posts, newsletters, articles, and social media materials.

  • Developing and maintaining content calendars.

  • Posting and engaging with audiences across social channels.

  • Supporting customer relations by responding to questions and inquiries through social platforms.

  • Contributing to social media strategies that align with brand communication goals.

  • Using analytics tools to report on social media performance and make data-driven improvements.

  • Administering A/B testing to improve engagement metrics.

  • Generating actionable reports and insights based on conversations and data.

Marketing Support
  • Collaborating with marketing channel managers to align messaging with campaigns.

  • Contributing to post-campaign reporting and performance optimization.

  • Proactively managing content needs for social media, webinars, blogs, and newsletters.

  • Leading end-to-end project tracking including scheduling, deliverables, and stakeholder approvals.

  • Building a deep understanding of products and customer value to influence digital content.

This job might be an outstanding fit if you have:
  • Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Advertising, Public Relations, or related field (MBA a plus).

  • Minimum 3 years of experience managing social media platforms or online communities for brands.

  • Experience working in a corporate or agency setting, collaborating across departments.

  • Strong knowledge of social platforms, analytics tools, and community management strategies.

  • Experience with tools such as Sprinklr, Netbase, Sprout, Cision, or On24.

  • Proficiency in PowerPoint and digital presentation platforms.

  • Strong communication skills and the ability to lead cross-functional teams.

  • High attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects at once.
