What's a typical day as Marketing Analyst/Specialist? You'll be:
- Leading community management efforts, including content creation for blogs, articles, newsletters, and social media channels, while maintaining content calendars.
- Contributing to the social media strategy that aligns with the company's marketing and communications goals.
- Collaborating with customer service and technical teams to provide exceptional support and service to customers via social media.
- Analyzing metrics using various analytic tools to report on performance and optimize engagement through A/B testing and new initiatives.
This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
- Hold a BA in communications, advertising, public relations, business, or a related field (MBA is a plus).
- Have 3+ years of experience managing social media platforms or communities for brands.
- Possess 3+ years of experience in a corporate or agency environment, interacting with multiple levels of the organization.
- Demonstrate proficiency in social media activities, content management tools, and analytics.
- Exhibit exceptional communication skills and the ability to lead cross-functional teams effectively.
