We have an exciting opportunity for a Marketing Analytics Manager in Farmers Branch, TX (75234). This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with complex budgets, partnering with cross-functional teams, coordinating vendor activities, and driving improvements in marketing operations.

You'll manage CAPEX and OPEX budgets across two markets, collaborate with Finance, Procurement, IT, and Marketing, support RFP workflows, and contribute to a major digital transformation project. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and have strong analytical and Excel skills, this role may be a great fit.

Manager, Marketing Analytics

Location: Farmers Branch, TX 75234
Shift: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM, Monday–Friday, Hybrid (TBD)

Pay Rate: $ 39.75/hr

Essential Job Functions
  • Manage and track complex CAPEX and OPEX budgets across the U.S. and Canada.

  • Support trade marketing initiatives, finance alignment, vendor coordination, and operational workflow improvements.

  • Partner closely with Finance, Procurement, IT, and Marketing teams.

  • Coordinate vendor activities during RFP processes and support a major digital transformation project.

  • Document business requirements for a new project management platform.

  • Monitor logistics, deliverables, timelines, and budget alignment for marketing programs.

  • Provide data-driven insights and reporting using Excel and business intelligence tools.

Must-Haves
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Finance, Business, Economics, Data Analytics, Engineering Management, or related field.

  • 4+ years of analytics or marketing operations experience.

  • Proven experience managing CAPEX/OPEX budgets.

  • Strong Excel proficiency and comfort working with complex datasets.

  • Experience with data manipulation/visualization tools (Tableau, SQL, or similar).

  • Ability to communicate insights to stakeholders and present results to leadership.

  • Experience coordinating cross-functional teams and vendors.

  • Strong analytical mindset and high intellectual curiosity.
