Job Description: Marketing Communication Specialist
Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled Marketing Communication Specialist with a strong proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint. The ideal candidate will have a background in consumer product categories, specifically in home care (such as air care and household cleaners), fabric care, and body care (including personal wash, hair care, and body lotion). This expertise will enable the candidate to effectively navigate and respond to the diverse tasks of the role.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Scrub and harmonize various sets of retail sales data to ensure accuracy and consistency.
  • Research and resolve data gaps to maintain the integrity of information.
  • Create and manage pivot tables to analyze data efficiently.
  • Assist in identifying insights from data to drive strategic marketing decisions.
  • Develop comprehensive PowerPoint presentations to communicate findings and recommendations effectively.
  • Perform data entry tasks as necessary to support project needs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing communications with business objectives.
Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in data analysis and reporting, particularly within consumer product categories.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables and data manipulation.
  • Strong skills in Microsoft PowerPoint for creating impactful presentations.
  • Detail-oriented with a knack for critical thinking and problem-solving.
  • Self-starter with the ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
