Pay Rate: $20.18 per hour

What's a typical day as a Material Handler You'll be:
  • Responsible for production of paper products using Digital Production equipment.
  • Job set-up, visual inspection for quality of first production pieces, and completion of final production run.
  • Must be comfortable with evaluating and completing first level maintenance of equipment and working with vendors to make sure equipment is performing to a high-quality standard.
  • Final bindery functions such as folding, wrapping, cutting, or padding as directed in production orders.

This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent certification.
  • College Degree with an emphasis in Graphic Arts a plus.
  • Prefer 2 plus years in the field of Digital Production/Copy Center relevant work experience
  • Positive, energetic, accountable, flexible, committed to development
  •  Takes ownership for advancing own development.
  • Works to obtain and maintain expert knowledge for assigned tasks. Willingness to learn and perform other office workflows as needed. Ability to identify and collaborate on solutions that drive value for our customers.
  • Demonstrates ability to follow standard operating procedures/ best practices on workflow.
  • Seeks to understand mistakes and errors; identifies methods and means to overcome quickly.
  • Demonstrates good attitude and effort within the team. Executes role and demonstrates ownership of goals and development.
  • Ability to be flexible on job tasks and open for suggestions for improvement.
  • Drive to Perform.
  • Utilizes strengths to improve team and organization. Proactively seeks out learning opportunities; views as chance to grow and works toward improvement.
