Job Title: Material Handler
Location: Randolph Center, VT
Pay Rate: $20.00 per hour
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 11:00 PM – 7:30 AM (Overnight Shift)
Job Summary:
The Material Handler is responsible for loading, unloading, stocking, and moving tires and automotive parts in a fast-paced warehouse environment. This role requires the safe operation of industrial equipment, physical endurance, and a strong commitment to workplace safety and teamwork.
Key Responsibilities:

Load, unload, move, and stock tires and automotive parts throughout the warehouse.

Operate industrial vehicles and equipment, including forklifts and order picker equipment, in a safe and efficient manner.

Use handheld scanners to locate, pick, and put away inventory accurately.

Assist with inventory control and organization of warehouse stock.

Perform consistent lifting of up to 50 pounds and occasional lifting of up to 80 pounds.

Conduct team lifts or use mechanical equipment when handling commercial tires.

Push barrels or industrial/agricultural tires, exerting up to 40 pounds of force.

Work safely at heights up to 25 feet while operating warehouse equipment.

Remain on your feet for extended periods and stay physically active throughout the shift.

Work overtime as required to meet business needs.

Follow all safety policies, procedures, and best practices to support a strong safety culture.

Assist other departments such as eCommerce, inventory, and will-call as needed.

Perform additional job-related duties as assigned by a supervisor, subject to reasonable accommodations.
Qualifications & Physical Requirements:

Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Comfortable operating industrial equipment and working at elevated heights.

Ability to meet physical demands, including lifting, pushing, and prolonged standing or walking.

Strong attention to safety, accuracy, and teamwork.
Work Environment:
This position operates in a warehouse setting and requires frequent movement, lifting, and equipment operation in varying conditions.
