What You'll Do:
  • Replenish & Record: Supply machines and assembly lines with raw materials. Accurately record each delivery on the POR Attachment.
  • Quality First: Coordinate with our Quality Control Inspector for First Article Inspections whenever new materials are added.
  • Keep It Moving: Remove old supplies, keep the line flowing, and help palletize and label finished products.
  • Stay Accurate: Double-check all details with the Production Order Report and alert the supervisor to any damaged or mislabeled materials.
  • Housekeeping: Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace at all times.
  • Support & Operate: Cover assembler breaks, operate wire and box sealing machines, and ensure correct materials and settings are used.
  • Safety & Training: Regular participation in workplace safety meetings and stretch/warmup programs before each shift.
What We're Looking For:
  • Reliability and punctuality—you show up ready to work!
  • Attention to detail with accurate recordkeeping.
  • Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and stand for extended periods (up to 10 hours).
  • Strong teamwork and communication skills.
  • Experience with labeling, shrink-wrapping, and packaging is a plus.
  • Comfortable with repetitive motions and machine operations (training provided).
Physical Requirements:
  • Able to stoop, reach, lift, pull, push, grasp, talk, hear, see, and use repetitive movements throughout the shift.
  • Good hand-eye coordination and fine finger dexterity.
  • Standing required for most or all of your shift.
