Job Title: Material Handler – 1st Shift

Location: Holly, MI
Pay Rate: $16.00/hour
 

Shift Details
  • 1st Shift: 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM

  • Occasional weekends required

Position Overview

Kelly Services is seeking two motivated Material Handlers to support a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

The ideal candidates will be efficient, accurate, self-starters with a positive attitude and basic computer skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Store components in the stockroom and maintain stock locations in the ERP system.

  • Pull and move materials to the production floor to support manufacturing operations.

  • Replenish stock continuously on production lines.

  • Maintain organization and cleanliness in assigned work areas.

  • Follow all ESD (Electrostatic Discharge) and equipment safety protocols.

  • Accurately maintain inventory through weekly cycle counts and annual physical inventories.

  • Communicate issues effectively to the Warehouse Supervisor 

  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements
  • High school diploma or GED required.

  • Basic math and computer skills.

  • Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

  • Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.

  • Strong organizational and communication skills.

  • Adherence to all safety and ESD procedures.

  • Closed-toe shoes required (Crocs with holes are not permitted).

  • No food or drinks allowed on the production floor or during interviews.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Previous experience handling electronic materials or working with ESD protocols.

  • Experience using warehouse software, ERP systems, and Microsoft Office.

  • Prior experience counting and tracking inventory.

Additional Information
  • Jeans are acceptable work attire.

  • Two paid 15-minute breaks per shift (no 30-minute lunch).
