Job Title: Material Handler & Storeroom Associate
Location:  Modesto, CA 
Pay rate: $20/HR
M-F 6am-230pm Job Summary:
Join our team as a Material Handler & Storeroom Associate, where you will play a key role in order fulfillment, customer service, inventory management, and parts receiving. We are looking for someone who is detail-oriented, comfortable with technology, and enjoys providing excellent service in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities:

  • Pull and prepare customer orders accurately and efficiently
  • Provide excellent customer service by responding to inquiries and resolving any issues
  • Receive, inspect, and store incoming parts and materials
  • Manage parts inventory, including picking, staging, replenishing, and cycle counts
  • Enter and update inventory data using computers and handheld RF Inventory Scanners
  • Operate lift trucks and other material handling equipment
  • Utilize MS Word, MS Excel, MS Outlook, and SAP for day-to-day activities
  • Apply Lean Principles (5S) to maintain an organized, efficient workspace
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure high-quality standards and timely order fulfillment
  • Communicate effectively with managers, peers, and customers
Preferred Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or state-issued equivalency certificate
  • At least 3 years of material handling or storeroom experience
  • Experience in order pulling, parts receiving, and inventory management
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Proficient computer skills including MS Word, Excel, Outlook, SAP, and RF scanner usage
  • Basic knowledge of Lean Principles and 5S
  • Lift truck operation experience is a plus.
  • Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Effective communicator and team player
