What's a typical day as a Material Support I?
You will:

Maintain inventory levels and accuracy through executing transactions of inventory movement inside and outside the warehouse and cycle counting to approved program standards (including root cause analysis and corrective/preventive action implementation).

Provide accurate perpetual balance records and transaction history detail of Customer-Owned Property movements.

Work with Production departments, Quality, Engineering, and Finance on nonconforming material discovery, quarantine, return, and reimbursement activities to ensure financial recovery.

Support Receiving and Shipping activities as assigned.

Physically move materials with self and/or manual or powered industrial trucks. Certification by onsite instructor is required for powered truck usage.

Support Service Parts revenue realization through pulling, packing, and shipping daily sales orders.

Participate in company or department meetings, as necessary.

Participate in annual Physical Inventory and its preparation activities.

Experience or proven capability in inventory management/cycle counting.

Physical ability to move materials (including with powered industrial equipment).
