Kelly Services is hiring a Mechanical Assembly Technician in Farmington!

If you enjoy hands-on work and building mechanical systems that must perform perfectly, this role lets you take pride in every component you assemble. You'll work with tools, precision measurements, and detailed instructions to help keep production moving in a clean, organized manufacturing environment.

What You'll Do

  • Build and test mechanical components and sub-assemblies
  • Follow blueprints, schematics, and part lists accurately
  • Use inch/metric measuring tools to verify tolerances
  • Diagnose minor assembly issues and support continuous improvements
  • Maintain a safe and orderly work area while meeting quality standards

What You'll Bring
  • 1+ years of mechanical assembly experience — OR 3+ years in manufacturing, maintenance, or equipment service
  • Ability to read blueprints and use measurement tools
  • Comfortable lifting up to 50 lbs and being active throughout the shift
  • Nice-to-haves: electrical wiring knowledge, basic computer skills, forklift experience

Schedule & Pay
  • Monday–Friday | 7:00 AM–3:30 PM | Full-Time
  • $23.00–$25.00/hr | Weekly Pay
  • Long-term temp with potential to convert to full-time
