Direct Hire: $80,000 to $110,000 + Benefits

POSITION OVERVIEW
We are seeking a motivated and team-oriented Mechanical Engineer with 3D modeling experience to join our Mechanical/Process Design team at our headquarters in Philadelphia, PA. In this role, you will play a crucial part in all phases of project success, contributing to projects from scoping and planning through design and construction. The ideal candidate will bring 2-5 years of progressive mechanical or process engineering experience, with a focus on 3D modeling and analysis tools. (such as AutoCAD Plant 3D, and Inventor) Experience in water, gas, or mineral processing is a valuable asset.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Project Involvement:

  • Collaborate on projects in all phases, from initial scoping and planning to the successful completion of diverse projects in various client markets.
  • Apply your mechanical engineering expertise to contribute to the design and construction processes.

Knowledge Growth:
  • Expand your depth of knowledge and expertise by engaging in a variety of projects encompassing solid waste management and processing, spring water and beverage, mining and processing, and renewable and natural gas facilities.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends and technological advancements to enhance your skills and bring innovative solutions to projects.

Team Collaboration:
  • Work collaboratively within the Mechanical/Process Design team to contribute to the overall success of projects.
  • Share your insights and experience to empower and support team members.

QUALIFICATIONS
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from an accredited college or university.
  • 2-5 years of progressive mechanical or process engineering experience.
  • Strong proficiency in 3D modeling and analysis tools such as AutoCAD, Plant 3D, Inventor, etc.
  • Experience in water, gas, or mineral processing is a plus.
  • FE / Engineer-in-Training certificate is preferred.
  • Strong team skills, work ethic, mechanical aptitude, ability to work independently, critical thinking ability, and attention to detail.
