Pay: $18/hr for days and $19/ hr for nights

Base requirements:

· Minimum of a GED education with ability to provide documentation

· Passing a criminal background check (may not ask the talent directly due to Ban the Box)

· Standing for long periods, walking distances of up to a quarter mile (will cover at least 5 miles per shift); bending/reaching on a consistent basis; lifting up to 25lbs

· Capable of wearing a full body lab suit referred to as a “Bunny Suit”

· Legally eligible to work in the US

 

Benefits:

· PTO up to 120hrs yearly (prorated first year)

· Health, dental, vision

· Extra pay for major holidays (8hrs of straight pay); schedules are set and holidays are worked as if a normal day

· Advancement opportunities within the Kelly Services team (promote from within); although “possible”, transitioning to Intel is unlikely and can take over a year to happen (minimum)

 

Shifts:

· SHIFT 4 - 6:45 PM to 7:15 AM (Sun, Mon, Tues, and every other Sat)

· SHIFT 5 - 6:45 AM to 7:15 PM (Sun, Mon, Tues, and every other Wed)

· SHIFT 6 - 6:45 PM to 7:15 AM (Wed, Thurs, Friday, and every other Sat)

· SHIFT 7 - 6:45 AM to 7:15 PM (Thurs, Fri, Sat, and every other Wed)
