Position Overview

Kelly Services is hiring Medical Assemblers to support a manufacturing facility in Baldwin Park. These temp-to-hire opportunities are ideal for candidates seeking stability, hands-on work, and long-term growth in a production environment.

Available Schedules

• Tuesday–Saturday or Sunday–Thursday

• All shifts available:

  • 7:00 AM-3:30pm-

  • 3:30 PM-11:30pm- 

  • 11:00 PM -7:30am- * available

What You'll Do

• Assemble and inspect medical products to ensure quality standards are met

• Operate assembly and injection molding equipment (training provided)

• Follow written work instructions, safety guidelines, and production procedures

• Perform basic computer data entry

• Work collaboratively with a team to meet daily production goals

What We're Looking For

• Manufacturing, assembly, or injection molding experience preferred (not required)

• Basic computer skills

• Strong attention to detail and reliability

• Ability to stand for long periods and perform repetitive tasks

• Willingness to work assigned shifts and overtime as needed
