Johnson & Johnson is rapidly expanding and has over 40 open positions for experienced Medical Device Assemblers.
This is a full-time, long term opportunity offering temp-to-hire positions. This position offers the opportunity for candidates to become full-time Johnson & Johnson employees based on performance.

1st Shift: 6AM-2:30PM
Pay Rate: $22 Hourly
Location: Irvine, California
Position Details:
- This position requires assembly responsibilities to be performed under a microscope. Previous experience working under microscope is required. Must be comfortable performing assembly under microscope for duration of shift
- Must be able to read and interpret work order instructions, SOP's, visual aids, and engineer drawings in English
- Tools used for the assembly process include but not limited to tweezers, razor blades, adhesives, and measuring devices
- Must possess good hand-eye coordination with great attention to detail. Good manual dexterity
- We also would like candidates to be comfortable collaborating with the engineering department. Providing feedback on assembly processes and procedures is a great help and we encourage new ideas
- Perform visual inspection and bring attention to any defects found
