Pay: $24.50/hr 
Shift:2nd shift (2:45pm-11:15pm) 
 
What's a typical day as an Molding Technician You'll be: 

• is responsible for basic and advanced equipment and process set-up, changeovers, troubleshooting, equipment maintenance and basic repair and rebuild
• Perform machine/mold safety checks; perform mold changeovers. Perform cycle checks, adjust business plan and prioritize workload according to business needs.
• Carry out basic cleaning of molds; complete preventive maintenance. Conserving resources by using equipment and supplies as needed to accomplish job results 
• Make accurate process adjustments to alleviate non-conforming parts. Perform mold start-up/QC Inspection; set up gages to perform QC checks.

This job might be an outstanding fit if you have: 

• Experience in: Machine operating, Injection Molding or extruder experience.
• Strong mechanical ability and analytical skills. Sound judgment in the execution of technical/troubleshooting issues. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Good interpersonal skills to facilitate communication at various levels and areas within the organization. Understanding of computers and computerized controls. Ability to learn new technologies; understand and perform continuous improvement activities.
