Schedule: Shift Starts at 02:30 PM Monday-Friday (2nd Shift).

What's a typical day as an Manufacturing Quality Technician? You'll be:

• Ensuring the quality and consistency of products within a manufacturing environment. 
• Involves monitoring and inspecting various stages of the production process, conducting tests and measurements, identifying defects or deviations from quality standards, and collaborating with the production team to implement corrective actions.
• works closely with quality engineers and other stakeholders to uphold quality assurance practices and drive continuous improvement efforts.
• Identify and document any deviations, defects, or non-conformities during the production process.
• Analyze and troubleshoot quality issues to determine root causes.
• Perform visual inspections, measurements, and functional tests on raw materials, components, and finished products.
• Utilize appropriate tools, instruments, and equipment to conduct quality inspections and tests.
• Document inspection and test results accurately and maintain detailed records.
• Calibrate and maintain inspection equipment to ensure accuracy and reliability.
• Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting of equipment used in quality testing.

This job might be an outstanding fit if you: 

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical certifications or relevant education is a plus.
• Proven experience as a quality technician or a similar role in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong knowledge of quality control principles, methodologies, and inspection techniques.
• Familiarity with manufacturing processes and production equipment.
• Proficiency in using measurement tools, gauges, and testing equipment.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to identify defects or deviations.
• Analytical mindset with problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with different teams.
• Understanding of quality management systems and standards (e.g., ISO 9001).Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks efficiently.
• Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
